I made a trial run of the cacao butter today and it was very good. It smells amazing and I really appreciate that it comes in broken chunks. I melted it in the dehydrator and then slowly added sifted cacao powder which worked really well. I hope to make different chocolates with fillings like mint and caramel, and from what I can tell the cacao butter should work nicely. The only complaint I have is that it is very brittle. This may be my fault, but I have had raw chocolate bars which are more like SAD chocolate bars in consistency.
UPDATE: I added more cacao powder and the chocolate is not brittle at all. Perfect!

Bought a pack of this on ebay recently,WONDERFUL texture and flavor, I use this in my power shakes along with the cocoa powder in the morning and it leaves a wonderful rich creamy flavor packed with antioxidants. This company is the first and only to import organic certified cacao from venezuela, trader joes had a chocolate bar i loved called Ocumare and the stop selling it, this cacao is made from the same bean. Awesome flavor very creamy packed with antioxidants. I love it.

Not only does this particular brand smell amazing but it tastes just as amazing as well. For me it's hard to come across cacao butter of this quality and at a great price. Thanks for making such a fine product!
