I initially set out to find a cornstarch that was derived from non-gmo corn as the gmo cornstarch products make me very itchy. We make our own homemade pudding on a very regular basis so that is what we first used this cornstarch for. It only took one spoonful of the vanilla pudding recipe for us to immediately notice how smooth the pudding tasted. Even my teenage son noticed the difference!!
