I can definitely give it 5 stars. Yesterday I ordered another bag of it. The price from Amazon, which includes shipping, is so much better than buying in bulk in the health food stores . It comes neatly packaged in a cardboard box and the actual flour sack easily opens with the tab top. It has an even finer grind than Bob's Redmill brand. It has an awesome flavor and works great for quickbreads, muffins, pancakes and other "batter" type items. I haven't figured out how to make a shaped loaf of bread with it very well yet, but I hold out hope there is a way. The lower gluten has made it easier for me to digest and I think the pros outweigh the cons. I hope they continue to offer it at a competative price for a long time. |
