This review is from: India Tree Brown European-Style Sugar Cubes, 12-Ounce Bag (Pack of 3) (Grocery) I've tasted a lot of underprocessed, raw, or natural sugars, and chewed on sugar cane in my day, so I think I know what I like: something that tastes like dried sugar cane juice. One taste, and I'm pretty convinced this is the real thing, authentic top-shelf brown sugar in convenient, attractive cube form. Does take a little stirring to dissolve, but if it didn't I would be highly suspicious! I'm always on the look-out for these...World Market, Central Market, import stores...and I've never been able to find them. I've done quite a bit of traveling, and always love to find the little things I've encountered on my trips. I ordered three bags, since the holidays were approaching, and I'm so glad I did. All my guests were impressed, and even those who use artificial sweeteners just had to try these unique sugar cubes in their coffee and tea.
