I think it would be much more functional in a squeezable container with a cap that flipped shut much like you see with honey and agave nectar. It is a good sugar on the glycemic scale with a flavor that Is enticing while not too sweet for pancakes or tea. My son, who is an athlete, uses it concentrated or in drinks for quick energy without the sudden "surge" associated with too much sugar.
