This is one of the best deals you'll get on raw agave nectar. I love this brand, too. I swear raw agave almost tastes like a marshmallow. This is great in raw foods, coffee/tea, and it works great for baking, too. I use it to make homemade granola. You can also sub it in for sugar in most recipes (may have to adjust the water content), or I actually sub it in for maple syrup (this is WAY cheaper).

You don't realize you need this stuff until you buy it. Tea, lemonade, anything you want sweetened this stuff does a better job at sweetening. A spoonful of this stuff stopped my hiccups (after 45 minutes of trying the usual), magical stuff.

Great price, great product. I used the agave for a fruit compote and some chocolate avocado cookies so far. I am happy with the taste and the result. I haven't been able to find another source that sells so much quantity for so little price.
